Hey there, I'm Ardelle

My story probably sounds similar to yours. In efforts of trying to fit in, teen Ardelle was a victim of diet culture too. I embarked on a long journey trying diet after diet. I even worked for a weight loss center for almost 8 years thinking I found the ultimate level of accountability 😬. Instead, I just saw hundreds of women face the same struggles I did, where the weight (and shame) always found its way back. 

Thinking I was just focusing on the wrong thing, I got certified in Holistic Nutrition where I replaced the weight loss obsession with a health obsession.  And again, I saw the same struggles in my clients. 

Nothing ever felt like it was going to be good enough…

…Not until I healed my relationship with my body and food by undoing diet messages and alternatively, found my innate wisdom.

Intuitive eating has allowed me and all my clients to embrace wellness without obsession. It has allowed us to love, nourish, express and empower ourselves.

Once you enroll in the program, we will pick a date for your initial assessment and continue until all 10 bi-weekly sessions are complete (approximately 5 months).

While I’d love to meet all my clients in person, I’m on a mission to help thousands of women across the globe to break free from chronic dieting and disordered eating, which is why this program is 100% virtual. The consults will take place in a cozy Zoom room.

While many of my clients are not happy in their bodies and would like to lose weight, this is not the focus or goal of our sessions.

We will talk about your desire to change your weight and your feelings about your body. We will not be using weight as an indicator of success or progress.

Intuitive eating isn’t about perfection – that’s the beauty of it! Many of my clients are busy professionals, mom’s with days that are non-stop, or people who travel constantly. When you work with me, you’ll learn how to easily make changes – and maintain them – in the midst of your normal, busy, life.

Yes absolutely! There’s a common misconception that intuitive eating teaches you to eat whatever you want, whenever you want with complete disregard to how your body feels. This is not the case. We will guide you in taking steps towards body-respect which includes honouring your body’s specific needs such as food allergies and/or intolerances.

This is a very common concern. It’s important to recognize that it’s the diet mentality that causes overeating and binging. Once you learn to make peace with all foods – and your body knows you can have these foods whenever you want – you’ll be able to truly listen to your body’s feelings of hunger, satisfaction, and fullness.
